Context

Behind every counterparty, there are people

Members, clients, borrowers, guarantors, partners and directors. The integrity risk of a transaction often lies with a person, not the CNPJ. When checks happen only at registration, what changes afterwards goes off the radar.

  • Records that go stale. A person approved at onboarding may later become politically exposed, be added to a sanctions list or face new lawsuits.
  • Partners left out of tracking. The supplier is in good standing, but whoever controls and runs it is not checked.
  • Scattered evidence. One-off lookups and spreadsheets do not record what was seen, what was decided and by whom.

ESGreen Individuals brings the same discipline as company monitoring to the CPFs in your base.

Partners and directors

From the company to the people who control it

The partners and directors of the companies you already monitor are added to individuals monitoring without manual entry. The risk of who stands behind suppliers, clients and business partners is seen alongside the company's.

How it works

From registration to a recorded decision

  1. Enrollment

Your team adds the people in your base and brings in the partners and directors of the companies it already monitors.

  2. Verification

Each person gets an integrity profile: registration status, political exposure, sanctions and restrictive lists, lawsuits, certificates and corporate ties.

  3. Follow-through

When something relevant changes, the team receives the alert in the person's profile and a daily email summary.

  4. Follow-up

Each alert handled receives a protocol number and records who closed it. The decision is your team's, with an audit trail.

Evidence, not declarations.

Frequently asked questions

Short answers to the most common questions.

Still have questions? Talk to an expert

Which individual data does ESGreen track?

CPF registration status, political exposure (PEP) and PEP history, public offices, national and international sanctions and restrictive lists, lawsuits, certificates, corporate ties, professional data and KYC and compliance findings. The data comes from public and regulatory sources, and each item shows its source and collection date.

How does ESGreen handle personal data under the LGPD?

The platform supports the institution's compliance with the LGPD (Brazil's General Data Protection Law). Processing serves legitimate purposes, such as fraud prevention, AML and KYC, compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation and credit protection. Access is controlled by role, actions are recorded in the audit trail, and the controller and processor roles are defined in the contracts with clients. The data protection officer, the legal bases and the data subject channel are described on the Trust page.

Can suppliers' partners be included automatically?

Yes. The partners and directors of the companies you already monitor are added to individuals monitoring without manual entry. That way, the risk of who stands behind suppliers, clients and business partners sits in the same place as the company's.

What is the difference between the CPF pre-assessment and individuals monitoring?

Pre-assessment is an individual report per CPF, for the onboarding, credit or hiring decision. Monitoring tracks the entire people base throughout the relationship and notifies you when something changes.

What triggers an alert?

Changes in registration, compliance, lawsuits, certificates, political exposure (PEP), reported death and sanctions. Each alert arrives in the person's profile, and its follow-up receives a protocol number recording who closed it.

How can a person request correction of a data item?

Through the data protection officer (DPO) channel: write to dpo@esgreen.com.br stating the CPF and the data item you wish to dispute. We check the information at the source and reply with the result. Correcting source data is up to the agency or database that published it; ESGreen reflects the updated official information.

Is the credit check included?

It is optional. In the CPF pre-assessment, the credit check is enabled by access profile, according to the contract.
