The taxonomy, investee reporting and closed pension funds have changed pace.
Asset managers and investment funds are slated for the first wave of the TSB MRV system, with the PIS indicator (Proportion of Sustainable Investments). Adoption is voluntary for now, and the path ends in mandatory verification by accredited verifiers.
IFRS S1/S2 reporting has become voluntary for listed companies. Those that adopt it commit for at least 3 fiscal years, with assurance, and the “comply or explain” model comes next. Sustainability information on investees now depends on each issuer's choice.
Closed supplementary pension entities now work with double materiality, an ESG plan and external managers contractually required to integrate ESG criteria, with deadlines staggered by segment.
